The hotel is perfectly situated, offering shaded and sunny spots, making it feel like a cruise ship in the late afternoon. The rooms are impeccable, and the super size bed provided the best sleep I've ever had. However, the dining experience in the restaurant was average, and for some, the upcoming bartender inspiration could be a double-edged sword. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and always polite, providing useful information when needed. The location is superb, just a ten-minute walk to the airport, and offers a stunning view at Bianca, where you can enjoy a lovely evening.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were lovely and really clean throughout the hotel, well equipped, and had a well-stocked fridge. However, there was some noise at 7 am from vehicles reversing and an industrial power washer operating below our room. The location was superb for accessing bars and restaurants, but there were some issues with the overcrowded sunbathing area by the pool. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay special, including a surprise upgrade to a suite and a welcome glass of Champagne.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and had thoughtful touches like dressing gowns and a minibar. The service was excellent, especially from the staff member Sergio. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Ocean Village surrounded by restaurants. The dining experience was splendid with freshly cooked meals and a great view of the runway. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in Gibraltar.
